Teriyaki Green Beans

You know those amazing green beans from Chinese restaurants? Skip the carry-out and make them yourself! They're easy, fast, and kids love them!

Serves: 4 • Prep Time: 20 min • Cook Time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Green beans, washed and trimmed
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Tamari (gluten-free) or Soy sauce (gluten-y)
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high. Saute green beans for 5 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook till beans are crisp-tender. Don’t let the garlic burn!
