- 1 bunch Curly-leaved kale
- 3 Tablespoons Olive oil
- Seasoned Salt, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash kale well and and tear into bite sized pieces, discarding stalks. Massage olive oil into both sides of kale pieces and arrange in single layer on baking sheets. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Bake for 6-9 minutes, until chips are crispy and barely beginning to brown.
